1. Introduction

Welcome to AutoLedge.

AutoLedge is a transaction intelligence platform that converts uploaded transaction images or screenshots into structured financial records for business tracking and reporting.

By creating an account or using AutoLedge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

AutoLedge:

  • Accepts uploads of transaction confirmations (photos/screenshots)
  • Extracts transaction data using AI
  • Stores structured records for search and reporting
  • Provides summaries (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Operates on a prepaid scan credit model

AutoLedge is not:

  • A bank
  • A financial institution
  • A payment processor
  • An e-wallet provider
  • A lender

We do not move money or execute transactions.

3. Account Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Use the platform for lawful business purposes

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Scan Credits & Payments

4.1 Free Credits

Each account receives 300 free scans for initial use.

4.2 Paid Credit Packages

Scan credits may be purchased in prepaid packages.

  • 1 upload = 1 scan
  • Credits are deducted when an upload is accepted
  • Credits are deducted regardless of duplicate outcome
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable unless required by law

4.3 Credit Exhaustion

When credits reach zero:

You may:

  • Log in
  • Search records
  • View history
  • Manage duplicates

You may not:

  • Upload new transactions

5. Upload & Processing Policy

  • Uploads are accepted immediately.
  • AI processing runs asynchronously.
  • Extraction accuracy is not guaranteed to be 100%.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted data.

AutoLedge is not liable for:

  • Incorrect AI extraction
  • Missing data from low-quality images
  • Duplicate uploads

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To upload only transaction confirmations you are authorized to store
  • Not to upload illegal, harmful, or unrelated content
  • Not to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • Not to use AutoLedge for fraudulent purposes

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the transaction images you upload.

AutoLedge is granted a limited license to:

  • Process
  • Store
  • Analyze
  • Improve service functionality

We do not sell your transaction data.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting support.

Upon account deletion:

  • Access to the account will be permanently disabled.
  • Stored transaction records may be permanently deleted from active systems.
  • Remaining scan credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

AutoLedge may retain limited information where required by law, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Account deletion is irreversible.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Perform maintenance
  • Upgrade infrastructure
  • Improve AI processing systems

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of system
  • Violation of these Terms

Users may stop using the service at any time.

Unused credits remain in the account unless termination is due to policy violation.

11. Limitation of Liability

AutoLedge provides transaction structuring tools only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Incorrect bookkeeping decisions
  • Tax compliance issues
  • Financial disputes

Use of the service is at your own risk.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms as the product evolves.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
